Delivery

All deliveries are subject to stock and availability.

Delivery Costs are clearly identified during the purchase process and at the checkout stage.

Deliveries that weigh under 2kg are generally send by Royal Mail  first or second class service and orders over 2kg by Parcel Force 24 or 48 hour service.

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified when you complete the order.

Sometimes a signature is required at the point of delivery. By placing an order with Hi Viz Extras.co.uk you are authorising us or our delivery agent to accept a signature from another person on your behalf.

Goods supplied within the majority of the UK will be delivered within 3 working days (for Standard delivery) or next day (for Next day delivery) subject to orders being received before 1.00 pm. Areas of exception are Scottish Highlands and UK offshore islands.

Printed & Embroidered orders:

Production timings, all orders are normally produced & delivered within 7-10 working days from order payment. The production times can very dependent on order size  & complexity of the order subject to status.
